What is the heart icon and how to fill it?
- Every 3 minutes earn 1 point. The score is reset to zero past midnight.
- Examples of moderate intensity activities are brisk walking, gardening, and actively playing with children.
- Examples of vigorous intensity activities are jogging, running, aerobics, and competitive sports and games.
- Strength training such as weight lifting, while also good and necessary for your health is not part of fitness training, and thus would not court toward the cardio score represented by the Heart icon. Biking is not currently supported. It will be added in the near future.
