How to enable Wellograph Live feature

What is the heart icon and how to fill it?

30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily is generally recommended as good for your health. The Heart icon represents the cardio score or the 30 minutes of aerobic/cardio exercise that Wellograph encourages you to do each day. Wellograph uses the motion sensor to detect your movement such as walking, jogging and running. Try spend 30 minutes a day in moderate-intensity and vigorous-intensity physical activity.
  • Every 3 minutes earn 1 point. The score is reset to zero past midnight.
  • Examples of moderate intensity activities are brisk walking, gardening, and actively playing with children.
  • Examples of vigorous intensity activities are jogging, running, aerobics, and competitive sports and games.
  • Strength training such as weight lifting, while also good and necessary for your health is not part of fitness training, and thus would not court toward the cardio score represented by the Heart icon. Biking is not currently supported. It will be added in the near future.

How do we calculate the finess age?

The VO2Max, or how well the body delivers oxygen to your cells, has been closely associated with longer lifespans. The fitness age is derived from estimation of your non-exercise VO2Max based on your collected data. Your fitness age depends on your BMI, age, sex, resting heart rate, and your exercise. The equation is developed by Nes et al. (2011) from Center of Exercise in Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

What can you do to lower your fitness age?

  • 1. Keep your BMI between 18.5 to 24.9
  • 2. Lower your resting heart rate.
  • 3. Exercise often.

2. How to do a hard reset
If a soft reset doesn't cure, try a hard reset. To do a hard reset, use a paper clip to touch the 1st and 2nd charging pins in the back of the watch as shown here. The watch will hard reset and restart.

What is "Auto Info”?

"Auto Info" option is to select whether you want the watch to serve you the information automatically for you or not.

Examples. When you’ve been idled for a while, it will intermittently show how long you've been idled. As soon as you walk for 5 steps, it will show the Steps info automatically. Once you stop walking, watch resumes to home screen by itself.

If you want this, then "Auto Info” should be checked.
